Vom Tonmodell werden elastische Gießformen erstellt, die jedes noch so feine Detail wiedergeben. Nach dem Aushärten werden Angussstellen und Gießnähte von Hand geschliffen und überarbeitet. Die einzelnen Teile des Gilde Clowns werden zusammengefügt und sorgfältig nachmodelliert. Harmonische, fein aufeinander abgestimmte Farben werden ausgewählt. Polychromeure, mit hohem künstlerischem Talent, bemalen jede einzelne Figur von Hand.

With the help of a drawing the modelling artist is forming an enchanting sculture with its typical unique and pleasant character. From the clay model elastic moulds are made showing every detail however small it might be. After hardening, the seams and pouring sports are polished and reworked. The single parts of a Gilde Clown are put together and remodelled carefully. Excellent harmonic colors going well with each other are chosen. Polychrome painters with high artistic talent are painting every single figure by hand.
